On the 2nd November SMC were presented with The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2018 by Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of North Yorkshire, following on from a celebratory event held at Buckingham Palace earlier in the year.
The ceremony and celebrations were held at SMC’s head office in North Yorkshire, with personnel, clients and friends of the company in attendance to witness the declaration and award.
The award is testament to the considerable success of SMC in exporting to a variety of markets globally and SMC will now be able to proudly fly the Queen’s Award flag for a period of 5 years.
SMC continue to deliver valuable solutions to both established and emerging markets worldwide, with plans to further grow throughout 2019.
