SMC’s association with the London Array project goes back to 2011, having provided Consultancy, HSE, Marine Coordination, Client Representative and Consultancy support during the construction phase of this flagship project – until recently the London Array was the world’s largest offshore windfarm, consisting of 175 3.6MW Siemens WTGs.
SMC have returned to the project and are now contracted to provide Marine Coordination support for O&M activities across the site.
SMC are a global leader in the provision of Marine Coordination services, having provided packages to 26 separate offshore wind projects to date, with additional projects expected to be announced early in the new year.
