Overview
SMC are expanding their offering to include onshore service requirements.
Open Opportunities:
Pen y Cymoedd Wind Farm (D3) – Wales – Troubleshooter – 7-8 week contract
Clyde Windfarm (D3) – Scotland – Authorised Technician – 7 month contract
Whitelee (G2) – Scotland – Maintenance Technician – 7 month contract
Rotations: Monday to Friday (5 days on, 2 days off)
- To ensure effective maintenance and repair of wind turbines. Be able to pass on knowledge and skills to team members.
- Maintaining and following the safety procedures
- Lead teams conducting scheduled maintenance on wind turbines, foundation structures and associated plant and apparatus
- Participate in unscheduled maintenance and fault finding on wind turbines under the supervision of team lead.
- Deliver to the yearly site plan
