Brooklyn joins SMC as Project Coordinator and will work as part of the SMC operations support team, managing personnel training, certification and logistics, and acting as a direct point of contact for clients and suppliers. Brooklyn comes to SMC from Welcome to Yorkshire, where she had a direct involvement in the planning of the renowned “Tour de Yorkshire”, playing an integral role in staff resourcing and logistical management for the event.
SMC Operations Director, Dean Coates, commented, “We’re extremely pleased to welcome Andrew, Simon and Brooklyn to the SMC team. After a long and diligent recruitment process, all three candidates absolutely stood out and made our decision a simple one. It’s even more pleasing to have been able to recruit locally and we look forward to working with all three for the years to come. It is an extremely exciting time for SMC, with the recent establishment of our Taiwanese branch and further expansions planned in the coming months and years. Andrew, Simon and Brooklyn will be an integral part of our continued growth”.
